Refund & cancellation

Cancel more than 24 hours before your slot for a full refund. Refunds go to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Reschedule for free up to 12 hours before your slot by messaging us on WhatsApp.

Cancellations within 24 hours, or missed sessions, are not refunded, but we will try to offer another slot.

If we have to cancel, you get a full refund or a new slot, whichever you prefer.
