Privacy notice

This notice explains how Ansh Mohan Jha ("we") handles your personal data under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect

Your name, WhatsApp number, email, date, time and place of birth, your partner's birth details if you book marriage matching, and anything you write in the notes. Payment details are collected by Razorpay, not by us.

Why we use it

Only to prepare your chart, hold the consultation, send your confirmation and follow-up, and keep payment records required by law.

Consent and withdrawal

We process your data on the basis of the consent you give when booking. You can withdraw it at any time by writing to anshmohnnjhn@klelawcollege.org. We then stop using and delete your data, except records we must keep by law.

Who we share it with

Supabase (database hosting), Razorpay (payments) and Vercel (website hosting), only as needed to run the service. We never sell your data.

How long we keep it

Birth details are deleted 12 months after your last consultation unless you ask us to keep them. Payment records are kept as tax law requires.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or erase your data, and to nominate someone to act for you. Write to anshmohnnjhn@klelawcollege.org. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
